ABOUT JOANNA
Joanna has 21 years of real estate experience! She started in 1998, in Greater Austin, and earned Rookie of the Year! Afterward, she came to New York and sold in Manhattan's Upper Westside and ranked consistently in the top 10 in her office. Joanna and her husband, Josh, managed art studios in Brooklyn and were fortunate to enjoy the artistry of renovating a few Brooklyn townhouses. Joanna loves real estate and Brooklyn! She can't wait to meet you and learn about your special home and/or home search!
Joanna was the first recipient of the Real Estate Board of NY's Agent of the Year Award which honors a salesperson or Associate Broker who has demonstrated skilled achievement, superior leadership, high moral character, and professional behavior both in the real estate industry and the community at large.

Joanna with her husband Josh and dog Loki were featured in the NY Times as Real Estate Valentines.
Joanna, along with her husband Josh, created two wonderful artist spaces in Red Hook and Gowanus over the past decade and are so happy that one of the spaces they created is still going strong! They enjoy collecting art from extraordinarily talented Brooklyn artists, many showing and selling art annually in October at the Gowanus Open Studios. Joanna is also a certified MAPP instructor and finds joy in her work as a foster and adoptive parent with SCO.
